FAQ
Questions dealers ask before they book a walkthrough
Where is it hosted?
Your dealership gets its own subdomain on hosting we control, for example flightdeck.yourdealership.ca. You point one DNS record at it. Nobody installs anything on your own website or your own servers.
Who owns our data?
Your data belongs to you. You can export it at any time, and if the relationship ends, we hand it back and delete our copy. The full terms of that are being finalized with legal review before the first paying customer signs; see Data Ownership for where that stands.
What does Clear the Decks not do?
It does not dispatch technicians, schedule service, manage stock, or raise invoices. It flags work that needs billing. It does not bill it. That is by design, not a gap, so it fits alongside whatever you already run for those jobs.
How does AI cost work?
Two modes. Bring your own OpenRouter or Anthropic keys and use as much as you want, unmetered by us. Or take a prepaid CAD allowance with a hard stop if you would rather not manage your own keys. Bring-your-own-keys is the default.
What do onboarding and training cost?
Both are billed hourly, separate from the monthly fee. Onboarding covers your site, your domain, your email, and importing your existing data, quoted after we see what you are moving from. Training and re-training are delivered by Hues, and we treat them as a real line item, not something bundled in for free.
